Can an assistant edit without being able to invite anyone?

Coaches can edit the team’s plays, practices, and drills and can invite other coaches and players by email. Only you as the admin can change roles or remove people. If you want someone who can only view, invite them as a player or parent.

Do my players need the app?

They need a free Elite Hoops account, and then either the iPhone and iPad app or the web on any phone works. Their team’s plays and practices show up there with your notes, and when you change a play it changes for them too.

Does this work on the school’s iPads?

Yes. Team Plans work in the iPhone and iPad app and on the web. Coaches and players sign in with their own account and the same teams show up everywhere.

Do the coaches, players, and parents I invite have to pay?

No. You buy the Team Plan and everyone you invite joins for free, with no subscription of their own. There is no limit on players and parents, and each team has room for fifteen coaches. They create a free Elite Hoops account so they can sign in, and that is it.

Can I change which team is shared, or who is on it?

Anytime. Manage Teams is where you share a different team, stop sharing one, change someone’s role, or remove them. If a purchase shared a team you did not mean to share, that is a one-tap fix.

Where do I buy a Team Plan?

On the pricing page, or from the Team tab in the app. The app sells one to 5 teams. For more than 5, buy on the web, where the ladder goes up to 30. Either way the same teams show up on every device.

I already have Pro. Do I pay for both?

No. A Team Plan includes Pro. For most coaches on a current App Store Pro subscription, buying a Team Plan in the app is a straight upgrade and Apple prorates the rest of your Pro year. If you bought Pro on the web, cancel it after you upgrade, and if you think you are paying twice, email me and I will refund the overlap.

Can my school or district pay for it?

Yes. If your district has to add us as a vendor first, email me at sup@daywellspent.io and I will send a W-9 and an invoice for the plan you want.
