    Buy one plan and make a team for each group or session: guards in the morning, bigs at night, a middle school clinic.

    Give another trainer a coach invite and they can add drills and workouts to the groups they run.

  3. Players and parents

    Athletes train with it at home.

    Athletes and parents join with a link or a short code and see their group's workouts and your drills, with your notes and the reference video.
