About this practice

Press break and transition for 11 and 12 year olds. Most leagues at this age only allow man-to-man pressure, so this is about beating a denial and a trap with spacing and the first pass, then running. One look at a 2-2-1 so they recognize it when an older team throws it at them. From the blog: How to Break a Full-Court Press, https://elitehoopsapp.com/how-to-break-a-full-court-press
