About this play
The whole offense in one cycle, run twice. Every guard-to-guard pass triggers a baseline flex cut off a flat screen, then a downscreen for the screener, who pops to the slot to receive the next reversal. Two reversals swap every player across the floor. Gary Williams taught that the third cutter is usually the open one, so expect three or four reversals a possession. Teach the cut and the downscreen separately, then chain them: the next screen only happens when the previous one completes. I learned the continuity from Coach Daniel's Flex breakdown and Gary Williams's Maryland teams, and I wrote the flex screen up in the Elite Hoops screen guide; give them a look if you want to go deeper.
