About this play

A back screen for a lob. The ball goes to one elbow, the opposite corner lifts as if he is coming off a pindown, then rips the elbow big's defender and the big dives for the lob. Punishes bigs who help off the screener and guards who will not switch a small-on-big back screen. Needs a 5 who finishes above the rim or a 4 who can throw the lob. I learned this lob from Basketball Coach Allen's Raptors 905 film, and the back screen itself is in the screens guide I wrote for the site; look them up for the full picture.
