About this play
A flex cut and a screen-the-screener out of the elbow entry. The weak corner cuts along the baseline to the ball-side block, then the passer who screened for him gets a downscreen and pops to the top. Denver runs this for Jokic and welcomes the switch: a guard switched onto the post is the point. Punishes defenders who switch late or ball-watch the elbow catch. iHoopScout's Nuggets film is where this one comes from, and I wrote the flex screen and the screen-the-screener up on the site; look them up if you want the Denver details.
