Horns to start: 1 at the top, 4 and 5 at the elbows, 2 and 3 in the corners. The ball will enter to 4 on the left, which makes the right corner the weak side and 3 the flex cutter.
1 enters to 4 at the left elbow. Defenders follow the pass with their eyes, which is exactly what the next step needs.
1 cuts down the lane and sets the flex screen for 3's defender in the right corner, flat on the baseline. 1 gets set before 3 leaves the corner.
3 flex-cuts off 1's screen along the baseline to the ball-side block. 4 looks inside the moment 3 clears the screen.
Screen the screener: 5 drops from the right elbow and downscreens 1's defender on the lane line. 5 is set before 1 moves.
1 pops off 5's downscreen to the right slot. 2 holds the left corner. The floor is now four out, one in: Flex spots, with 3 on the block as the next screener.
4 feeds 3 posting on the left block, the first look. If it is covered, 4 swings to 1 at the top and the base continuity runs from here without a reset.
3 scores on the block. The entry works because nobody in a Horns alignment expects the point guard to become a baseline screener.
