Start in a typical stack formation. Put your fastest player at the start of the line, here - that's the 2.
Have the 3 and 4 move opposite sides. They are mostly just to get movement in the set. The 5 goes to set a screen for the 2.
The 2 simply goes around the action and is looking for the open layup. This is the first look. If it's there, it should go here.
This is usually an over the top lob.
If it's not there, the top three are there for an easy outlet.
