Your 1 is going to start almost near half court, with the 2 and the 5 lined up at the 3-point line in the middle of the lane. Your 4 is even with the 5.
The two starts with the screen towards the one. The one is going to cut all the way to the basket from here.
Next up, the 5 is going to set a back screen for the 2. Keep in mind the 1 is cutting to the basket during this time as well.
Screen comes up, and then the two cut.
