One-guard front, 5 at the right elbow. 1 enters the ball to 5, because the hub's catch is what the whole Point phase waits for.
1 cuts under 5 looking for the handoff, hand out, and X1 stays attached to his hip; the read is X1 attached, because an attached defender means no handoff and the cut keeps going.
1 continues to the rim for the return pass, because every cut in the offense is finished to the front of the rim; the scouted adjustment is X4 leaving the left corner to help at the rim, so 5 holds.
1 clears through to the right corner and 2 lifts from the corner to the right wing, because the cutter who is not fed fills the empty corner and the player in front of him moves up a spot.
2 fakes toward the ball and then sets the pin-down for 1 in the corner, because the turn-out is set after a fake so X1 is leaning the wrong way when the screen arrives.
1 turns out off the pin-down to the right wing, and the scouted defense switches it: X2 jumps out to 1 and X1 stays low on 2. The read is the switch, because a switched pin-down puts the smaller defender behind the screener.
Counter: 2 slips the pin-down into the lane with X1 on his back, because the slip is the answer to every switch in the offense and the post at the elbow can see it before the defense can.
Counter finished: 5 passes to 2 slipping to the rim, because the elbow is the one spot on the floor from which the hub can hit a slip, a turn-out, and a corner without moving.
2 finishes at the rim; the under cut, the turn-out, and the slip gave the defense a cut to chase, a screen to switch, and a switch to pay for, which is why Under is run against teams that switch.
