Flex Dribble Entry

Flex alignment, four out and one in: 1 and 2 in the slots as a two-guard front, 3 and 4 deep in the corners, 5 on the left block. Everyone plays every spot, so these numbers are starting positions, not jobs.
2 is being denied, so 1 does not force it. 1 dribbles toward the left wing, and 3 loops up out of the corner, around 5, to the slot 1 just left. The dribble is the call.
1 passes to 3 at the slot. 3 and 2 are now the two-guard front.
1 drops to the left corner after the pass. The spots are refilled: nothing about the offense changed.
3 reverses to 2, and that pass is the trigger. The defense that denied one pass is about to give up the cut.
5 steps off the block and sets a flat baseline screen facing the sideline, between the block and the corner. 5 gets set and holds it: a screen that is still moving when the cutter arrives is a foul or a miss.
1 flex-cuts off 5's screen from the corner to the right block. 2's first look is the block.
2 feeds 1 on the block. If 1 is covered, 3 downscreens 5, 5 pops, and 2 swings it to keep going.
1 scores on the block. Every denial of the reversal has an answer; this one costs the defense a layup for pressuring a pass that was never thrown.
