Drill: Rebound, Outlet, Break

The coach shoots from the free throw line and both rebounders yell shot the moment it leaves his hand, because the call is what turns two players toward the glass at the same time.
4 and 3 step into the offensive rebounders behind them, forearm and hips, and hold the box-out until the ball hits the floor or a hand, otherwise the man behind them gets the ball at its highest point.
The miss comes off the left side and 4 goes and gets it with two hands, while 1 at the left wing calls outlet and moves up the sideline, so the rebounder has a target before he turns.
The ball is 4's: he chins it, elbows out, and pivots on the outside foot toward the sideline with no dribble, because a dribble under the basket is the turnover the whole drill exists to remove.
4 sees the receiver first, then throws a two-hand overhead outlet to 1 up the sideline, and 2 sprints the far lane toward the other end, which is why the break has a second runner the moment the pass lands.
1 catches, turns, and pushes the ball to the middle with his first dribble to attack two on one before the help gets back, because the break is won in those first two seconds; then the rebounders become shooters, the outlets rotate, and the drill resets.
