Flex Backdoor

Flex alignment, four out and one in: 1 and 2 in the slots as a two-guard front, 3 and 4 deep in the corners, 5 on the left block. Everyone plays every spot, so these numbers are starting positions, not jobs.
2's defender is in the passing lane, overplaying the reversal. 2 takes one step toward the ball to sell it, then back-cuts to the rim. 4 lifts out of the right corner to the slot 2 just left, so the reversal still exists if the cut is covered.
1 throws the bounce pass to 2 on the backdoor. 5 stays home on the block and 3 stays in the corner: the lane has to be empty for the cut to be a layup.
2 finishes the layup. If the pass is not there, 1 swings to 4 at the slot and the flex cut runs from the new alignment, with 2 posting on the block he cut to.
