X2
X3
2 holds the ball on the left wing in triple threat for a two count while X3 proves his help spot: one foot on the help line in the paint, ball-you-man, because the ball is below the free throw line and the helper has to be able to stop a drive.
2 skips to 3 and both defenders move on the release: X3 explodes out of help toward 3 and X2 sprints to the help line, because the rule is to run while the pass is in the air and get there before the ball does.
X3 chops the last third and lands on 3's inside shoulder with the outside foot back, hand high, forcing him baseline, because a helper who sprints all the way to the shooter gets blown by on the first fake.
Progression: 3 drives baseline off the catch; X3 slides to stay with him and X2 comes off the help line to stop the ball, because the baseline drive is exactly what the help spot exists for.
3 kicks it back to 2 and the pair swap jobs: X2 sprints out to close out on 2 while X3 recovers to the help line, so the drill runs six to eight skips before the two pairs switch.
