Coach 2 at the ball-side wing with the ball, the line of posts behind 1 on the weak-side block. 1 flashes across the lane to the elbow with both hands up, running to the catch, because a post who jogs to the elbow arrives after the passing window closes.
2 passes to the elbow and 1 catches on a two-foot jump stop with the ball at his chin, because a two-foot stop leaves either foot available as the pivot and no defender can call the catch a travel.
